As part of a design research on observational tools, I designed a frame that makes the material inside appear as a planet when framed. At first glance, it looks like a print of a planetary photograph, but it isn’t. It is merely framing upcycled fabric material called “NUNOUS.” By applying the same UV print used in the Planet Finder to the acrylic cover of the frame, the framed material is designed to mimic a planet (in collaboration with Madoka Corporation). The marble-like patterns characteristic of NUNOUS are interpreted as planetary elements.

観察具のデザインリサーチとして、額装すると中の素材が惑星に見立てられるフレームをデザインした。一見すると惑星写真のプリント作品にしか見えないが、そうではない。布由来のアップサイクル素材「NUNOUS」を額装しているだけなのだ。フレームのアクリルカバー部分に惑星発見器と同様のUVプリントを施すことで、額装した素材が惑星に擬態するようデザインしている（協力：まどか株式会社）。NUNOUSの特徴でもある大理石に似た紋様が惑星の要素に見立てられている。
