A large-scale artwork that colorizes a topographic map of Mount Fuji, making it resemble imaginary tree rings. The digital original is printed on acrylic, and then cut and layered according to the contour line heights, re-creating the three-dimensional shape of Mount Fuji.
富士山の地形図に着色することで架空の年輪に見立てた大型作品。そのデジタル原画をアクリルに印刷し、さらに、等高線の高さで切り分けて重ねることで、3Dの富士山の形を再び浮かび上がらせている。
